I believe boating is more than a lifestyle—it’s a pathway to connection, confidence, and lasting memories.

As General Manager of Skier’s Marine – Atlanta, I lead with purpose: helping families experience life on the water, guiding women to feel empowered behind the helm, and giving back through service, mentorship, and faith. With more than 20 years in the marine industry, I’ve worn every hat—parts, service, sales, brand management—and, as President of the Marine Trade Association of Metro Atlanta, I’m proud to wear another hat, advocating for water safety, education, and accessibility for all.

Whether launching the Lake Lanier Boat Show, mentoring the next generation, or creating space for women through education and empowerment, my passion is helping others discover their own strength—on and off the water.

Speaker 1

Hi, and welcome to the next episode of InPowered Women. I am your host, Sharon Lee, and I am so excited about today’s guest. I am going to introduce you to Heidi Moore. She is the general manager of Skier’s Marine. Hey, Heidi, how are you today?

Speaker 2

Hey, Sharon. Thank you so much for having me today.

Speaker 1

I am so excited about our conversation today. I have talked to so many dynamic women, and it is so interesting at how many different women do so many interesting things in male dominated industries, and you just don’t expect it. And so I just love exploring these stories. So today is going to be fun.

Speaker 2

Yeah. Thanks again for having me. I’m excited to talk about it. Absolutely.

Speaker 1

Okay. So you are the general manager of Skiers Marine. So tell me a little bit about what you do there.

Speaker 2

Yeah. Skiers Marine is a family-owned and operated dealership chain in the Southeast. We have a largest dealership-owned facility, largest family-owned dealership in the Southeast. Yes, I said that whole thing wrong.

Speaker 1

Heidi, you are the general manager at Skiers Marine. So let’s just take a second and tell us what you do at Skiers Marine.

Speaker 2

Yeah. So like I said, I’m the GM. You said I’m the GM. Not only am I handling all of the day-to-day things, but I am responsible for helping families create memories and connections on the water with my team. We are the largest family-owned structured dealership in the Southeast with nine locations, with the Gainesville or Skiers Marine Atlanta version being the fifth location that came on board.

Speaker 1

Okay. Well, and so before I get into all of the facets of what goes on there and other responsibilities that you have, I have to share how we met, which is such a fun story.

Speaker 2

It’s a great story.

Speaker 1

So I loved hearing later that one of your goals was to do more networking. And so here we met networking. So we were at a chamber mixer for the Hall County Chamber of Commerce. And what was the name of that venue?

Speaker 2

The Boathouse of Lake Lanier. I had said, I have got to go to that one because one, It’s the boat house at Lake Lanier, so it’s on the water. And two, I thought, what a really cool place to potentially have some events or do some team building or to have something for a client or our customers or an appreciation party or something. I was like, I’m definitely going.

Speaker 1

Well, and it was pretty new then. Had you ever been there before?

Speaker 2

No. Because I believe this was right after or right prior to their official grand opening.

Speaker 1

Because it was really packed. So I didn’t know how long it had. I knew it was fairly new, but I don’t know. Anyway, so I had walked out on their beautiful veranda. And yeah, like you said, it was overlooking the lake. It was right at sunset. Anyway, I just see this lady just Just staring off enjoying this sunset view. And I remember walking over to you saying, You cannot enjoy this alone. I’m sharing.

Speaker 2

I loved it. It was great. And the rest has been history.

Speaker 1

And the rest has been history. Exactly. It was funny. Anyway, so that was a fun night. And then we had coffee after that and just to get to know each other. And it was amazing how I don’t think that we ever even took a breath during that conversation. We just talked to talk talk talked.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I’m sure the caffeine didn’t help in that scenario.

Speaker 1

Oh, my goodness. Well, okay, so Skiers Marine, what boats are you representing there?

Speaker 2

Here in the Atlanta market, I represent Mastercraft, which is our premium luxury wake boats, and Premier, which are fantastic luxury high-performance pontoons. Then we specialize in used inventory, consignment services, And then, of course, we do service, mobile service. We’re pretty much a full gamut.

Speaker 1

Okay. That’s what I was going to ask you before as well. It’s about service and everything. So, yeah, you are full service with… Anybody who wants to buy a boat, you’ve got to go You’ve got it covered.

Speaker 2

We do. We got you covered.

Speaker 1

Okay. So then backing up, was boating in the cards from day one? You maybe what, grew up on the water, and you just said, Hey, this where I’m going to spend my career, or how did this all come about?

Speaker 2

Not really. That’s a pretty interesting little story. So first, let me tell you how I got to Skiers Marine. So in high school, I was involved in just about anything I could get involved with. Beta club, National Honor Society, Competition Cheerleading, Sideline Cheerleading, Track, After-School Clubs, Academic Teams. And I was really stretching my single mom and her finances. And so knowing Knowing that was a cause of her to be reluctant to just let me run them up with all the fun things and all the fun extracurriculars, I decided to just proposition her and say, If I just go get a job, can I do all I’ll do all this as long as I’m paying for my gas and whatever I don’t fundraise, I’ll help with the beast. And she said, Absolutely. So at the time, my uncle was a Marine technician, and he owned a boat, and we would go camping with him periodically. And he taught me how to wait for it and about voting, and it was super fun. And so he said, Hey, since you’re going to get a job, why don’t you go get a job at West Marine, which is voting retail, so I can use your discount.

Speaker 1

I love it.

Speaker 2

You can learn all about the boat. That’s awesome. So I did. And the interesting thing there is they just came around me as I started college, and I moved up with their company and into some management positions before I met my husband, who’s my best friend and soulmate of the last 20 years. I decided after that particular point that I wanted to move to the dealership side. So the fun side of that is I’ve been a parts manager, a service manager, a salesperson, a brand manager, a sales manager, and now I’m a general manager for Skiers Marine.

Speaker 1

So you went straight from West Marine to Skiers Marine?

Speaker 2

No. I went to another dealership before that. It was really there. I was there for almost 11 years, nine and a half years. But the interesting thing is I actually didn’t want to stay in the voting industry. I actually was in school to be a doctor.

Speaker 1

Okay. Now, this is interesting. That’s quite the pivot.

Speaker 2

It definitely was. I’d set myself up all through high school with advanced classes and classes that would point me into the direction of pre-med. And so then when I went to college, I was and lots of science and all the things that are involved with that. And then just really short part of the story after Daniel and I met who is a firefighter, and I saw how important compartmentalizing was when you’re dealing with tragedy, and then also sometimes just crazy situations, I really started thinking, I think I could compartmentalize enough because the highs would be really high helping children in the medical field. Cold, but the lows would also be really, really low. So I had a conversation with my mom one day and just said, Mom, I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do. I don’t know if I want to put all this time and effort in and then decide, I hate it. So she gave me some advice and told me to follow my heart, that I was smart enough to do whatever I set my mind to. And she just suggested that maybe I shift a little bit for a semester and see what happens.

Speaker 2

And the interesting thing is things took off at the dealership. I started learning a lot about boating. I had a passion for boating. I love spending time on the water. And then just a little side note to that, I love scripture about water and the references of how the Holy spirit is living water. And so I was just always drawn to it. So it’s pretty interesting that the Lord just ordered my steps to where I am now.

Speaker 1

That is so amazing. And it’s also interesting. I don’t want to whitewash the end of that story because I think that’s really fascinating that you make that connection. But we have a very similar story in that when I first went to school, I was in pre-med as well. But I didn’t want to cut on anybody. I knew that from the get-go, that I wouldn’t even pull teeth in my boys. I wasn’t going to cut on anybody or anything like that. But I decided I wanted to be a pharmacist because I thought the healthcare industry needs sense, and and all that. But I finally… I was accepted to pharmacy school here in Atlanta, and I finally worked in a pharmacy, and everybody’s sick. Everybody’s in a bad mood. Their cats have. And I was like, I don’t think I could handle this gloom every day of my life. And that’s not even seeing the catastrophic of what you’re talking about. That’s like, no peace out. And I shockingly went into creative questions. I mean, hello.

Speaker 2

Now we have Sharon and Pinnacle strategic advisors.

Speaker 1

Amen, sister. Which we also should talk about the fact that we’re both part of Iron Forums. There’s a segue, a very large segue.

Speaker 2

Well, okay. So what’s really interesting about what I do with skiers is we’re a faith-based company, and we don’t really go around sharing a lot about this, but we really are in tune with how we can love on and support the community, whatever that looks like, whether it is something charitable, coming out of the parallel of the sheep and the goats, and where can we help feed, where can we make sure people have clean water, helping orphans and foster children, and those types of things. But also, we really are focused on growing the community of our employees, too. And so I’ve gotten invited to iron forums, and I’m like, wow, this could be a really cool segue for growth for me. Biblically-based, some mentorship, some transformational doctrine, and just really… In fact, it was intimidating because I’m thinking, I’m walking into a room with all these women that are in these high, crazy positions. I cannot wait to see what I can glean from this. And no, mentorship means something different to just about anybody. So for me, It’s been interesting with Iron Forums to take a biblical perspective to business and how I can take that back as a leader and grow myself and grow my team.

Speaker 2

But it’s more than that. It’s about connections. It’s about the leader in me as a whole. It’s about my marriage. It’s about being a mom. It’s about how things are going with my children. It’s about how things are going with my business and marketing and sales and all the things. And it’s just really great that I’m just able to just be a part of it as a whole.

Speaker 1

Leadership is lonely. And so the community aspect of Iron Forums is fabulous. And I hear what you were saying, too. The first time I walked in the room, I’m thinking, I’ve got so much to take from these ladies as far as advice, mentorship, and all that. What do I have to give? And I walked in the room, and the hugs and the acceptance were fabulous. But at the same time, my goodness, I’ve been in sales for more years than I want to count. And everybody has their place around that table. And so I’m not going to ever tell anybody how to pull their financial together. I’m in marketing, we don’t need numbers. But you want to talk about sales strategy, marketing strategy, and all that? I got you, boo. We’re good. So it is interesting how you You intentionally go about talking through your whole self, because if you are getting your whole self in order, you’re going to be a better leader. And so I love the exploration of all those different aspects and bringing them to the table and sharing and all of that. And you’ve got this collective group of like minded, just kick butt women.

Speaker 1

Yes. And they also don’t take themselves seriously I mean, they do. But you know what I mean? We can still have fun together. And I’ve developed, just like with you, fantastic friendships as well.

Speaker 2

It’s just- Well, there’s a realness to it. For sure. It’s definitely not… We’re not putting on the fake smiles and answering that everything is fine, and life is fine, and business is fine. If it’s great, we rejoiced with each other that it’s great. And if it’s not, then usually at the table, somebody is like, Hey, I’ve got this idea. You should take this back, or I have this connection. Let me link the two of you up. And you have done that for me so many times already. And it’s just been really sweet to see what’s come out of that.

Speaker 1

I love it. I love it. So that’s one of my favorite things is matching people up. Anyway, so let’s go back to something that you were talking about before, and you were talking about giving back and helping maybe the We’re served, and that thing. If I remember right, so correct me if I’m wrong, that is one of the draws that got you to the Marine Trade Association of Metro Atlanta, right? Is that right? Yes. Tell me a little bit more about your connection there, how you got involved, what they’re all about, and take it from there.

Speaker 2

Okay, so the Marine Trade Association of Metro Atlanta is made up of dealers in the boating industry, not only just dealerships for sales and service, but also dock builders or any particular business that has any relationship with the Lake or boating initiatives. So when I had the opportunity to come in Open Skiers Marine. I’d like to think I’m still young, even though I’ve been doing this for 24 years. But I had a really great industry mentor stopped by the dealership one day. Again, another another God wink. This was a totally ordained appointment. And he came in and he told me how proud of just the journey he was, watching me. And he said, You need to come get involved in this. You need to be a part of this. It’s important. And he shared a little bit about it. And not only is it dealers that are networking together, but we are pushing the initiative on how we can bring better customer relationships to the table, voting education, voting Voting Laws. We’re just really interested in legislation, how we can bring new people into voting, how we can show others that voting is not as all cumbersome as some people think it is.

Speaker 2

It’s a super fun pastime, and just the memories you get out of it are just fantastic. So I go to the first meeting, hang out, learn a little bit more about the association, got membership for Skiers Marine. And then the very next year, he says, Heidi, you want to come on board as the vice president? Of course. We could so use some young blood. And I was like, Man, what am I getting myself into? But ok. Same year, we as a group started talking about a big picture of how we wanted people to be voting. And we all participate in convention center type shows. And it was the dream of a few of us to say, how fun would it be to create an atmosphere and an event where people could come and experience voting life or what voting life could potentially look like for their family? And so we said, how can we create that in a show? So we launched some committees. We searched for some facilities. We talked about just opportunities, and we pushed each other a little bit and said, okay, we all got to be in together. And the Lake Lanier Boat Show was birthed.

Speaker 1

Which is phenomenal. Okay, so wait. All right. And it is obviously at Lake Lanier, but it’s at Margaritaville at Lake Lanier. So describe if you were walking in, what are you going to see?

Speaker 2

So we have Vendor Village. You’ll have a chance to partake of accessories, people that specialize in insurance or docking or marinas, a marina slips, storage, transportation, upholstery repair, new upholstery, fun accessories like lighting and audio, fun accessories that you can use at the lake or with your pets. If you got the dog that can’t get on the boat or get on the dock, we’ve got something for everyone. And then Lake Gear or like branded gear. So if you wanted a cool picture to put in your house of Lake Lanier, usually they’ll be vendors just like that. But more importantly, after you walk through Vendor Village and you get a chance to meet and greet with some of our sponsors and people from Lake Lanier Islands, Margaritaville, you’ll walk downstairs and then you have this beautiful overview of the Lake with 15 dealers and over 225 boats to look at. Exactly where they’re supposed to be in the water. So not only that, but it’s just a really cool opportunity for somebody to come and say, I don’t really know what I want. You have everything. You have jet skis, you have fishing boats, you have pontoon boats, you have jet boats, you have bow runners, you We have wake boats, and then some.

Speaker 2

And this year we even have a houseboat. So if you’re not really sure where you fit, but you’re dying to learn more, there’s something for everyone. There’s live music, there’s food and drinks, there’s fun things for the kids, there’s a Mercury truck with a simulator coming this year so that you can see what their engines and capabilities are all about, like playing a video game. And it’s just going to be really fun.

Speaker 1

Oh, I We didn’t talk about the date. So tell me the date.

Speaker 2

So April 25th through the 27th at Margaritaville, Lake Lanier Islands. The other beautiful thing is if you’re from this area and you’ve visited Lake linear Islands before, you know that there is an entry fee to get to the islands. For this particular event, there is no gate fee. There’s no entry fee. Your ticket is the entry fee, and it handles your parking. So we just want to just create an environment where people can come view from trusted local dealers what voting can look like for your family, and there’s something for everyone.

Speaker 1

Wow. I mean, that is on my calendar. I cannot wait. That just sounds like… I mean, it’s great for the family, any age of your kids or anything like that. I don’t care if they’re smelly teenagers like what I’ve got or my little ones. Tell me any kid is not going to enjoy just walking around and just seeing all the lights and all the fun and the boats right there in the water.

Speaker 2

It’s a really cool, relaxed atmosphere, too. It’s just fun. It is peaceful on the lake, and it is neat to get to see what’s changed, what’s new, what is exciting, and then just have an opportunity to experience it right there.

Speaker 1

Well, and no joking, as a mom of boys, we’ve got kids that have been hibernating all winter, and all of a sudden it starts getting nice outside. The weather is mild in late April. And the last thing I want to do on another weekend is see my kid with a phone right at the end of their nose. And so the thought of putting those down, getting some fresh air, feeling some sunshine on your shoulders and walking around, I can’t imagine a better thought for the post-winter blues.

Speaker 2

I mean, that’s right. That’s what voting is all about. It’s unplugging, making the connections, and making the memories.

Speaker 1

Yeah. I mean, it’s time. And then you’re starting your summer off right. You got your brand new boat, you go hit the water, and there’s no question what you’re going to be doing all summer long.

Speaker 2

You know, Sharon, sometimes people come in and they’re like, I can’t really afford to go boating. Like, this is really expensive. And I think that’s another misconception that we can shed a little light on because when I say that there is something for everyone, our dealers, we are showcasing new boats. We are showcasing things on an economical end, and then we’re surcasing things on a very luxurious end, and there’s something in between. But what would you say if I told you that you could have a boat and it would cost you less for ownership of 365 days in the year for less than a trip to Disney for a family of five?

Speaker 1

No way. Totally. Totally. Okay. I mean, that is a totally different perspective because I think that a lot of times you might think about whether or not you want a boat and you think about the excitement of it, but it’s like you might shut it down before you even look into it. And so walking out, walking around the docks and seeing it all gives you that opportunity to find… Well, and I’m guessing, too, So if you’re talking to somebody on site out there, you’re probably going to get the best deal of the year as well. So not only have you made the case on how it’s affordable, but this is going to be the best time to buy it, too. I’m selling it for you right here.

Speaker 2

There really are exclusive savings that will be specifically for the Lake Lanier Boat shows. Our manufacturers have gotten behind the dealers, and we’re offering some really fun extra things, too. If you are interested, if that is what your summer looks like to purchase a new boat or a new to you boat.

Speaker 1

Let’s pivot just a little bit here and talk a little bit. I mean, this is still boating related, but also, so you’re not the vice president of the association anymore. You’re the president of this association now. And I know that you’re very entrenched with this organization because of a lot of the philanthropic things that they do.

Speaker 2

Yes. So I rotated into that position basically two seasons ago. This will be my second year in that presidency. And yes, the philanthropic part of it is important. We do push initiatives for education. So we have a couple of sponsorships. Sponsorships? What am I trying to say? Scholarships. We have a couple of sponsorships. We have a couple of scholarships. We have a couple of scholarships that we offer to kids that are going into the marine industry just to help them in their career journey. We give to Lake Lanier Association, which promotes Clean, Safe, Full Lake. We have partnerships with DNR and the Coast Guard and a couple of other just really America’s Boating Club who are pushing initiatives into boating. But then in the side of that, come alongside some of my dealers and really push the initiative around the Hall County area on how can we support others. And that led me to Good Samaritan Food Bank and loving on that ministry, which is fantastic. They have fed over 55,000 people last year and distributed over 2. 5 million pounds of food. And when you think we’re getting to partake in something really beautiful and create memories and voting.

Speaker 2

And then not only are we doing that? But we have a chance to give to people that can’t feed their families. It’s pretty amazing. So not only Good Samaritan, but having just an opportunity to support organizations like Families For Families, which is a nonprofit for foster children, and coming alongside them to support them as they are bringing children into foster care with other Christian families. And I mentioned the Eagle Ranch before, and there’s a host of others. Those are just a few. But the community involvement in loving others is just a really big point, I guess, is important to make. But not only that, it’s really fun that God has given me a voice to be around other women and to pump up other women. And as women, as moms, as wives, the enemy tells us lies every single day, whether that we don’t deserve where we’re at, where we’re not worthy for it, or we don’t have enough of something, whatever that blank is. I don’t have enough time. I don’t have enough money. I don’t have enough effort, whatever that is. But the reality is the Lord equips you when he calls you.

Speaker 2

And if I were looking back 20 plus years ago and said, Where am I going to be in 20 years? I don’t think I would have ever told you that I would be sitting here pushing initiatives through the the community aspects. And I would have told you I was going to be a doctor and do little heart surgery on little babies.

Speaker 1

Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 2

So instead, I’m sharing life and encouragement, and I’m teaching children that they can be full and have victory getting off the dock just like they can have victory in life and how they can overcome obstacles. And I’m using boating as the vessel for that, pardon the pun, but It really is. And he’s just given me a cool voice just to be each step of the way. He’s put really fun, knowledgeable mentors in my path. And sometimes it hasn’t been fun. Sometimes they had some tough conversations with me and set me back on the path. But the reality is the Lord has the plan. I don’t have the plan. And it’s been beautiful watching it unfold and just to see where it’s taking me and where it’s still going.

Speaker 1

Well, and sorry, I’m losing my voice. All of a sudden, I had to mute myself and I had a coughing attack. And so if I sound a little bit strange, anyway, sorry about that. But it is interesting at how so many people can take whatever their day to day work is, and they plug in or clock in, they do their whatever, and then they clock out, and that’s it. And And so you have found a way to encapsulate so many different things from your work life that brought passions from all aspects of your life. And so I just so commend you for making that so beautiful and so meaningful in so many different ways. I know another passion of yours is women in general and really talking about teaching them and the voting education and safety and all that. So where did that start? And talk a little bit about that.

Speaker 2

That’s interesting, too. So one of my mentors in the industry was also a female, and she was an owner of a dealership. And so she just showed me that I could be successful and knowledgeable and passionate with what I was doing, and it could translate into families, and I could make a difference in families. And so she also She was teaching me fundamentals, too. How to back up a trailer at the boat ramp, how to park the boat at the dock, and all these things that my uncle, too, was pouring into me. But I had some really great people, some technicians, too, that just taught me some of the ins and outs. But I was actually at a boat ramp one afternoon, and she was putting me in the water. It’s two women, pull up to the boat ramp. I’m in the boat, she’s in the car, back down the ramp. And you were getting the stairs like, Everybody just watched. This is about It’s not to be comical. But we have this down pat. I could be in the water and at the dock in 60 seconds. I love it. And so while I’m doing my safety check and checking the engine and for proper water flow and all that, I’m listening to this husband and wife next to me just get into this argument in front of their children.

Speaker 2

And she is tearing up, and she’s telling him, I’ve never done this before. Stop yelling at me. And And so he gets in the car, and I look at her, and I’m like, Hey, my name’s Heidi. I work for this dealership, and I’m going where you’re going, right here. And if you’ll let me get there first, I’ll park, and I will help you. So if you just want to listen to me, just listen to my voice, I will help you. I’ll give you some instruction, and I’ll catch you. And she was like, Okay. So I get in the car after all this transpires, and I’m like, Man, there is a better way. There’s a better way than husband and wives getting angry and frustrated with each other. And we have this running joke in our home that we don’t talk to each other until the boat’s in the water or away from the dock. Everybody has a job, and we know the job. But even then, we’ve been voting together for 20 years. I’ve made this my life, and we still get into arguments. And so there’s something about your significant other or a family member or your spouse trying to teach that, that it just sets to test things off.

Speaker 2

So I decided that I wanted to have women on the water. So what does that look like? It’s educating, giving women confidence, teaching them the things that they should look for, and then just giving them a patient, calm voice to get them through the things that make them the most anxious. And it’s been fun to watch how these women are empowered, and then I’ll get the text message that says, I took my kid to the restaurant for the first time by myself, and I up the boat. And I’m like, yes. Awesome. And then it’s not really Selsy. It was more about the confidence in the education. But in that, we also talk about voting safety because so many people will just sell somebody a boat, and they don’t tell them how they go find, how to be educated, what the rules of the lake are, what the lights mean, what the markers on the lake mean, how to be safe when you’re docking with a family your boat full of family. So I’m definitely passionate about that. That’s been a fun little project of mine. I love seeing women come away from that going. I pulled my husband surfing today.

We had a great day on the water, and I don’t see that changing. It fills up my cup.

Speaker 1

Oh, I love it. And I love the fact that you live it. I will never forget. I was driving down the road, and I see a Skiers Marine truck in front of me and a boat, and I call you, Heidi, I see a Skiers Marine truck. That’s awesome. You’re like, I’m driving the truck. Oh, my gosh, that’s awesome. Because this was not a little boat that was behind you. In that truck. That was awesome.

Speaker 2

I was like, I’m doing a big number. I was towing in a MasterCraft X-Series that weighed over 6,100 pounds. And it cost more than most houses.

Speaker 1

So that was a nice one right there. But anyway, that’s just the coolest thing. I was like, I’m seeing this truck, and you’re like, I’m in the truck.

Speaker 2

See, you can do it, too. Yes.

Speaker 1

Yes, 100 %. Anything. Well, it’s so funny because you get so much joy out of your work, and then you do a lot of water activities away from work as well. So I always start wrapping up by saying, what do you do for fun? And so it’s like, if you’re having fun all day, every day, what question is that? That’s such a lame question. No, tell me. There’s got to be a number of different things that you do just to get back and relax.

Speaker 2

I really, really, really do love boating. I really do boat with my family in my spare time. We own a boat and some jet skis, and we have a great time. But also, going back to giving back, I teach a Sunday school class at church, a full second grader. So I’m getting to see my kiddos and share and love on them. I love to Travel, pretty much all things travel. It doesn’t matter if it’s mountains or tropical or what that looks like. And this year, we’ve got a pretty big exciting trip planned for our 18-year-old who’s graduating high school. We set it up a couple of years ago to say, Hey, if you meet these things, then you can take a senior trip pretty much wherever you want to go. And so we’re going to Sweden. My great grandfather was actually born in Gotland, Sweden. So We’re going to go see where my heritage and family are from. So just really interested in that and the historical aspect of that. I’m totally pumped about that, enjoying all of that together with my family. And just really, honestly, to sum it all up, whatever it is, is spending time with my family.

Speaker 1

You can’t get any better than that. I totally second that. That’s fantastic. So while I still have a voice, if people do want to reach out to you, whether they want to talk about voting, whether they want to talk about the Lake Lanier Boat Show, or any aspect of Iron Forums, or any aspects of things that you’re doing, let’s share how people can find you.

Speaker 2

Yeah. So the information from the Lake Lanier Boat Show, you can find that information at lakelanierboatshow.com. I am on LinkedIn, and you can also reach me at my first name, which is Heidi@skiersmarine.com. Or if you’re in the area, pop in. I would love to meet you and your family and learn more about people in my community.

Speaker 1

Oh, that’s fantastic. So thank you again for joining me today and sharing your story. This has been a lot of fun. Anyway, I just can’t thank you enough. This was a fun conversation.

Speaker 2

Thanks for having me, Sharon.

Speaker 1

Anytime. All right. We will talk to you on the water. Let’s do it..
